Description

Over the Dunes is a watercolour and ink artwork inspired by recent walks along the coast exploring the dunes and the flora and fauna residing there. Depicting a sweet white winged fairy wren perched on a branch of Tar Bush nestled in the sand dunes with the ocean in the distance. The elements within the image are stylized to allow for washes of beautiful watercolour which are held together with a web of ink linework giving a luminous stained glass effect.
