Pardalote in Colour is an original linocut in a limited edition of 6.

The spotted pardalote is a tiny bird with incredible markings and a warm orange belly. In this artwork it is depicted with stylised shapes and bold colours. The flowering gums, fringe lily, pingle banksia and bottlebrush flowers take up the background inside the arched border, giving an art nouveau feel, a favourite inclusion in many of my linocuts.
