A4 Giclee reproduction of my original painting The Kookaburra Rest. A watercolour and ink painting of the iconic Laughing Kookaburra perched amongst eucalyptus branches.

This art nouveau inspired artwork depicts the beautiful bird surrounded by gumnuts, wattles, flowering gums, bottlebrush, grevillea and banksia leaves with two leaf cutter bees.

The flowers and leaves are growing and falling in multiple directions and drawn organically in a stylized way.

Washes of watercolour and intricate linework are built up in stages to create a luminous artwork

Printed on A4 300gsm cotton rag paper unframed.
